Programme Outcomes
In this learning programme, we will be covering the following learning outcomes:
- Develop a written statement or policy on equity, which reflects the aims and objectives of the organisation.
- Ensure that all communities are aware of the organisations commitment to equity.
- Develop a profile and assess equity training needs of all staff of the organisation.
- Develop a complaints and disciplinary procedure.
- Assess personal and the organisation's values, beliefs and philosophy.
- Apply appropriate cross-cultural management skills.
- will be able to acknowledge own personal emotional intellect, physical spiritual dynamics, including the application of knowledge in relation to participant/practitioner context - improved understanding of personal dynamics which allows for better interaction and empathy.
